Committee membership
When you join the Sherburn and Villages U3A you are becoming part of a large self help group. You will hopefully join several groups and meet many new people and have fun in your retirement.
As a member of the U3A you will come to realise that all the activities that happen, whether the general monthly meetings, group activities, outings or holidays all rely on volunteers for their organisation.
Similarly the continuing success of our U3A needs leadership from our committee which also relies on volunteers.
There is always a need for participation in this leadership role so if you are willing and feel able to contribute by serving on our committee, we would love to hear from you. For further information please talk to any of the current committee members.
