Report on Book Group Meeting - Meeting, Monday, 13 January 2020

The book group met to discuss ‘An Anonymous Girl’ by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen.  The word most used to describe the book was “intriguing” or “unusual”. No one seemed to enjoy the beginning of the book but by halfway through felt “sucked into it” and needed to know what happened in the end. It was a tale of manipulation and obsession with a convoluted plot. The final summary was that the psychiatrist “was a nasty bit of work”!
The average score for this book was 7.
